Hi, I'm Patryce

I am a long time runner, backcountry skier, mountain climber and outdoors enthusiast. I understand what it takes from a physical, mental, and nutritional perspective to keep the body and mind trained and focused to succeed.

I have had my share of challenges along the way including recovering from broken bones and surgeries. I also have personal experience with longstanding conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. I know firsthand that the journey to keep a body feeling healthy and well is never linear and it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. My strong belief is that it is imperative for actions and habits to be modified with persistence and consistency in order for goals to be achieved.

The fact is: if you really want to do something, then you do it. The body is an incredible structure and it just needs proper and deep attention.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I will help you to learn how to listen to your body, and respond to it with effective daily choices that will lead you to your vision of wellness. I empower individuals, families and communities to intentionally live a more active and healthy lifestyle. I help my clients clarify their goals and create personalized action plans. We then work together to observe, adjust as needed, and track progress along the way.
